Updates & Tribbulations!

Morning!

It's looking like such a fine day over Topsham this morning and looks to be a nice day!

Not many updates to share with you this week except we have Karate today so that will be good as we have been attending the last few weeks! unfortunately we need to break into our savings to afford an outfit but after what happened I believe this is a good enough excuse, I will certainly pay it all back out of Saturday's pay cheque.

Onto some brighter news and something I hoped I'd have waited to share with you but the feeling is so intense I feel everyone who is helping me deserves to know...

When I was a baby my Great Uncle Ken started something called an Investment Trust Fund which is basically like a college savings kind of deal except all money paid in is invested by them and thus there is room to double or even triple your investment when the trust matures, it matures on my 21st Birthday which is coming up soon!

The bad news here is that about 8 years ago it had already matured over 6K! then the economy collapsed and with it his "smart" saving idea wen't down the toilet... of course we will never get back the full amount he paid in but I have been told it will be about £1000 minimum!

This is great news indeed and thanks to this the Paris trip is actually going to happen... so all your donations will go towards treating her more like a princess and will go towards the chance of marrying her there to!

So over the coming months please keep an eye on the Go Fund Me campaign as I will deposit it as soon as it touches my hands! (My 21st is on the 8th of September, you can access gofundme on the right)

---------------------

Now to top it all off me and my girl have been talking and with the change of plans over how we are going to tackle this holiday I'm happy to say over the coming week I will update the "The Plan" page so be sure to keep an eye on that... remember you can subscribe on the right of this Journal and I'll send you an email whenever anything is updated or a new post is made!

Stay safe everyone,

Ollie
